I thought the website was easy to use . the product description are great. the quity is very good
I did not have any problems checking out I am sure my delivery man was not happy lugging a 20 pd ball to the door. The packaging the ball came in was perfect and portected the ball. I is hard to make sure a 20pd ball makes it through shipping. I was notified when it ship and when it came to door. I was very happy with SMAI and the my new friend

Pretty solid and bouncy. Looks nice. I just hope they last long and be good quality.
