The customer service on front end was awesome. However post install, have some concerns that I am hopeful can quickly be resolved. I have tried multiple times to get someone from customer service to issue RMA for the two wall brackets and two extra line cover kits that weren’t needed. So far no response. And of the four wall units (two 18,000 btu units, 3 of 4 have error codes and don’t throw cold air. The tech support have a process for troubleshooting but taking too long to resolve. Hopefully today will get resolved but I’m not as optimistic as I was.

Excellent customer support. Started the install this weekend, the directions are clear and precise. So far all went smoothly. Looking forward to finishing it up in two weeks.
