Love this Light

Needed a light to help me with some special effects and found this one, so far it’s been wonderful, working flawlessly.

GVM 800D-RGB - Missing Adapter & open box

I received the order, but did not have a chance to open it right away. When I opened the package I realized few issues: 1) I had only one adapter in the package for two LED lights. 2) There were four connection wires instead of two. Which makes me think that this was an open box and not a sealed package. 3) The power connectors on both LED lights were loose. I had to make sure to take care of that before connecting the wire. A friend of mine had the same problem on his unit. At the end the connector went into the unit and he was not able to use one of the lights anymore. Let me know how you will fix the two issues that I addressed. One missing adapter and then sending me an open box. Waiting for your reply.

Excellent light

This light is a game changer I can take this product and eliminate a load of others when shooting videos . So many features and excellent quality .
