Classic Stripe Hooded Poncho Teal Blue

Got this item, never wore it, washed it for the first time per the instructions on the website & it already gor torn & messed up. Too much money for bad quality material that apparently wont wash without tearing up.

I've reached out and want to return and it's been over a week with no response

Disappointed, after one washing the neckline triangle detail frayed excessively.
