To be honest, I have not used it yet. I am signed up for a long open water swim event in California this summer and bought it for the event. I was hoping to give it a try or two beforehand. I probably shouldn't use it in the pool????(I could use help here.) I want to see if it will work for my older brother, who has COPD, but can swim without his oxygen. He finds the pools too cold at this point, so wanted to check if this would work for him. The fit (XL) is perfect for me ..6'2", 180., with long arms.

The neck is too small for aggressive swimming and the sizes run small.

I use it when paddling a small surfboard or when stand up paddle boarding.
