Reserve Heather 21" Hybrid Shorts

Runs true to size. My hubs is between 34 and 36. Got him 36 because I had a feeling it would shrink a little in the washer. Glad I did.

Size 38 waist was to small unlike other size 38 I own. . sent them back.

I love these shorts, they are my primary everyday shorts in the summer. I've got big quads, and these are close to the edge of too small for me; only calling it out because they are smaller in the leg than say a pair of Nike shorts.
