I love the subtle shape difference from the round CZ that I typically wear. Attached pics: - The 5mm Trillion next to a cz flower, with a 4mm Trillion in lower conch (with and without the chain I love to swap out) - The 5mm Trillion next to the 5mm Round (for size comparison)
