Love My Weight Bench!

Outstanding addition to my workouts! This bench allows a whole new variety of exercises. I prefer to workout at home after having paid monthly for a membership at a local facility and I now am able to do many more exercises without ever leaving the house. Also, the weight bench has very much enhanced the variety of exercises I can do at home. In addition, the elimination of the per session cost of going to a gym facility will pay for the bench in very short order. It has been a great enhancement to my physical fitness journey.

This is a well designed and well manufactured folding bench. I have another flat bench from Finer Form I’ve been using for years and the quality is the same. The instructions were well done but be sure to look carefully at the instructions (they’re pretty straightforward). It took me about an hour and a half to put it together but I needed no tools of my own, just the ones provided in the package. I may buy some more equipment from Finer Form but this one was definitely needed to improve my own training.

Wonderful, very versatile piece of workout equipment. Easy to assemble and well built.
