Gorgeous, top quality

This pack is gorgeous. I bought one for my son, then my daughter insisted on one too. The pack is made of great quality hardly seen anymore. The leather is thick and full grain, the zippers seem durable. There was stitching missing from the second order which caused quick failure, but the customer service quickly remedied the issue.
