I love this collagen. I add it to my smoothie every morning and I swear my skin, hair and nails are better for it. My hair was thinning and felt brittle. Now it's fuller and doesn't feel brittle or dry 🥰

I tried the product for a while inconsistently and didn’t notice a benefit, however after starting consistently (morning coffee) and at two scoops (sometimes twice per day) the results are obvious. My fingernails are growing much stronger and super shiny, I’m convinced my hair is doing the same (although takes longer to grow out)
