Solid 3.5 for me

Not nearly as sweet as supermarket brands, which is definitely good. Flavour is a little strange but not bad. I personally find it too strong at full dose, so I water it down to make it more tolerable. The reason it's 3.5 instead of 4.5 out of 5 is that if you make up a bottle of it and don't drink all of it within 24 hours, it starts to turn into a kind of gel? I require electrolytes when I wake up and sometimes I'm out for long periods of time. I choked on the gel-like consistency when I went to take a long drink and it was really unpleasant. Aside from that, though, it's fine. Would probably try a different flavour next time.

Great taste

I have used other electrolytes- and this is by far the best. It is not sweet or sickly tasting. I alternate between 2 flavours - lemon lime and apple and berries. Give it a go - you will not be disappointed.
