Incorrect Item

I recently purchased a couple of Star Wars display cases from Wicked Brick and, while the products appear to be very good quality, I unfortunately received the wrong order. I have contacted customer services through both the website contact form and the enquiries email address, and I’m currently waiting to hear back regarding a resolution. I appreciate that these things can happen from time to time and I’m hopeful the issue will be resolved soon. I’ve purchased from Wicked Brick previously and have always been very happy with the quality of the products and had no issues before, which is why I’m confident this matter will be sorted out. Aside from the mix-up, I’ve been impressed with the overall presentation and quality of the items received.

Good display but a pain to mount on the wall

Looks great once on the wall but it's very fiddly to mount, more so to get level as there is no way to adjust it's height. Pleased with the quality of the product overall.

Update: Beautiful case, but no connector cubes! Small boxes only had screws. You need the cubes to put the case together. Wicked Brick wouldn’t send them as it was past 30 days, even though this was a Christmas gift, but with some complaining, eventually they agreed to send them and only charge shipping. We had to use cubes from another set to put this together in meantime. The boxes usually have two cubes each and lots of little screws, so open up too soon and you risk losing them! But, it’s important to check EVERYTHING if you are not putting the case together within 30 days, including inside the little connector cube boxes. Kind of a hassle as the packaging is hard to open up and repack nicely to give as a gift. Also, if in U.S., expect to wait at least 6 weeks for them to even work on your order. The mounting instructions are non-existent for these helmet wall mounts. Thankfully, I’ve ordered enough of their cases to know how to put things together.
