They have amazing customer service! I made a mistake when typing what I wanted engraved, I contacted them and they offered a huge discount to correct a mistake that I made! Very easy to contact, very quick response time, and extremely easy to work with!

The instructions and set up for engraving wasn’t specific and the engraving was suppose to be on the inside on the wallet but was put on the back and was extremely hard to see when purchased. I know with the husband putting it in his back pocket the engraving will be worn off in no time. I had to purchase another wallet on Amazon that had step for step easy instructions for engraving and even had it labeled exactly where it was going on the wallet. Yes this wallet was only $19 but the new one I purchased for $33 was definitely worth the extra $ and I would have paid more for how well the quality is. However, the hubby is keep this wallet as a spare down the road.

Honestly, the wallet is absolutely amazing. They engraved exactly what I wanted on it. And just as a whole it seems to be great quality work!
