It would be great unfortunately I have not received it yet. Payed for it on the 4 th April. Now the 25 th and it’s nowhere insight. Still somewhere in the delivery process.

Have been using these products for about 6 weeks now
I've lots 2% body fat, 2.5kgs and muscle up by 2%.
I do have a healthy diet and excercise regularly but have found these have helped with body/fat composition.
Sleep has been much improved also (I'm a bad sleeper)
Mentally, it's the best I've felt in a long time (which is even better than weight loss/fat loss!)

Ordered one set the company is very sneaky and had me on subscription before you know they post more out without my approval.
Watch these guys they are dodgy.
