It’s a nice pan that is very light

This pan has a low stick but not NONstick surface. Underneath that is titanium. This surface can scratch so don’t use metal implements. I use a wood thing to stir the food. Also, you do not need to use high heat to cook the food. It’s very well made.

Very good pan
