Parker Asahi Black Pro cutting boards

I’m enjoying using this new board. It’s a convenient size for small jobs, and I like the tactile feedback it provides when cutting. It certainly seems that it will treat my new expensive Japanese knives with more care than my prior boards. I also like the fact that the black color tends to hide staining. My purchase was also in response to current concerns regarding microplastic shedding from conventional plastic cutting boards. Hopefully, no similar concerns arise regarding these rubber boards from Japan. So far, very happy!
