Great base layer and more

I have some of these Sloans that I’ve been wearing for several years, and wanted to freshen up my collection. About a year ago I bought one in a smaller size because I had lost some weight, but unfortunately it clung to all my lumps and bumps, so this time I went up a size. It’s a little loose around the neck, but it fits the rest of my pear-shaped body very well. I have started wearing Sloans under my Eliza dresses to give myself an extra layer for especially cold days. When it warms up I’ll wear them on their own with pants and my Landmark cardigans.

My new favorite travel shirt

This shirt is perfect. It feels great to wear, the Marion berry color is beautiful. The fit is great for layering. I will be in Ireland in April and this shirt is just what I wanted for unpredictable weather layering. It is cute enough to wear alone. Will be adding colors.

Marionberry Sloan

I love the fit and feel of my Marionberry Sloan. It is perfect for a mid-September bike ride in the PNW. I have also paired it with my Goldie. The sleeves are a bit long on me, but I with push them up or tuck the edge under for a more polished look. I wish it came in a few more colors.
