Raw Hickory Door Sample

Beautiful wood and sample. I have concern about drawer construction. From various websites it seems that best is complete drawer box, solid wood with dovetail interlock at corners then drawer front attached to front of drawer box. Yours has sliding dovetails into drawer front. Looks like your construction is weaker. Please explain/elaborate. REX
