One of my compressions from someplace else was a bit too big, this did help. Can also find similar on amazon if need an easier way to try it out and return. I would recommend having one from some place though.

I've had this item for 6 weeks. I wear it as recommended by my doctor. It has started to come apart at the seams and the inside is coming out. For this to be happening after only 6 weeks of usage I don't feel this is a good buy or worth the money. I would not recommend.
