Pitbull Diamond PRO Head & Face Shaver | Ultimate Precision & Smoothness

I received this shaver in March 2026, but it stopped working in May 2026. I emailed them about the issue, but they took a long time to respond. Additionally, they made it challenging to obtain a warranty for the item. This item is expensive! For the INCONVENIENCE , they should have offered sending a replacement with a return label and box, so I can easily send the defective shaver back for repair. As a long time customer for over 5 years. I think they should have given better customer service.

All that....but heavy.

I love the construction made of metal is smooth and beautiful honestly. The cutting is what i expect the packaging travel case the whole set lovely. However, its heavy, like significantly more that the regular construction. I like it but I wish the attachments were of the same weight, it keeps the head of the shaver pulling off the sides due to the lack of weight on the bottom, when your doing the sides. But overall a solid construction....although at the current price VERY SATISFYING BUY.

Absolutely love this razor! Have a lower end model that was well loved and saw heavy use over the last 5ish years. This model has better battery and a bunch of great useful accessories.
