I did some research on Ascorbic acid because I know it's not good for a vitamin & found that I could get this form in PureWay-C that is much healthier. It's not easy 2 find; but searching, I found it through Zahler's website.

I’ve been mega-dosing Vitamin C for more than 50 years. But I was never entirely convinced that the drugstore varieties were always fresh. In recent years I wanted to find an easy swallow capsule as well. Pure-Way-C seems to have satisfied both of my concerns, and i plan to keep on taking it.
