Almost a year in and it's still my favorite planner I've used in a while. And I've tried a lot of them. Deciding to use the monthly spread to journal a daily thought or discovery of my theme was the perfect idea to be intentional and root me into it. Being mindful and aware of how I'm doing and what I'm doing and in one place is the perfect combo. Great product! And fantastic customer service to boot! I've even had two people in my circle buy one too.

Honestly, the Monk Manual Weekly planner has been the ONLY system that has worked for me. I'm going to school for Cybersecurity, and it has been very helpful to organize constantly shifting projects while also maintaining a reflective and prayerful attitude throughout. I use the last page for managing my projects (shown in picture). Throughout the week, I fill in all of the parts, making it a nightly routine to fill in my gratitude and insight. If I have tasks that I intend to get to throughout a day, or a scheduled even, I will place that in the day's notes section. The weekly reflection has been incredibly helpful too. I'm not much of a journaler, but journaling does help me greatly. Having the Monk Manual has helped me do this on a weekly basis. Thank you so much! I've used it for an entire year and intend to keep on using it!

The truly lovely quality and unique content of this planner set it apart. I love that it's designed with both "being" and "doing" in mind, going abouve and beyond organization and taime management. It's already been motivating and it's helping me gain clarity too. As a therapist though, I'd be more comfortable recommending this planner to my clients if the word 'god' were omitted,. This would make the monk-inspired PAR system more inclusive, since many of us who identify as growth oriented or spiritual do not resonate with a 'god' concept. As a lover of simplicity and versatility, I'm really enjoying the flexible and uncluttered page formats. The customer service and onine resources are great too. I look forward to Steve's brief yet enlightening Monday emails. In my view, the size and weight of the planner is a bit too clunky to be truly portable. So I do wish this full-year version of the MM came in a more practical size, since when I tried splitting my year into four separate quarterly planners, the system felt too fractured for the way I like to plan my year. One reason I chose the MM is because I appreciate having plenty of blank dot-grid pages in a planner, which most planner formats don't offer. But the full-year MM has so many blank pages (62!) that it adds bulk to the planner without really improving the functionality, due to the way the blank pages are distributed. Most of them (52) of them are doled out one per week, which means that they quickly become lost in the shuffle. I'd rather have just one blank page per month, for random notes I wont need to find again. That would allow for a lot more blank pages at the back, for reference notes and/or project planning. Each user could then organize (or not) that section in their own way, using bookmarks, tabs, or an indexing system. Lastly, an entire year is a long haul without a mid-year assessment of some kind. So that, and perhaps a year-end reflection, would be a nice addition to this guided planner. I've tried quite a few bound planners, and ring-bound planner inserts too. The MM is my favorite option so far, and I wouldn't be surprised if I wind up sticking with it beyond 2026. If I could give it 4.5 stars, I would!
