Flow Timer

I love this timer for my desk! Writing and admin tasks flow more smoothly when I set a dedicated time block for each thing on my to-do list. In a world where our attention is constantly being robbed, this is something I needed.

I love the Flow Timer. It’s really solid and has a well built feel, and it works flawlessly. I’m really glad it has multiple sound options to choose from and that they are subtle. I can’t stand loud beeping, so this is perfect for me. Really impressive product!!

The 45/15 has been working wonders for me - getting me to move my body, and then hit the focused work with more clarity.
