Bad return processs

I bought this rug for my toddlers room, and decided it would not work when I felt the roughness of it. Great quality though. What have not been impressed with is the returns process. Somehow my initial request for a return was not processed properly, which required a call to fix. Then once they receive it back, it’s a 14 day refund process. I ordered this rug on 9/28, and it’s 10/22. Still waiting for my refund.

I got a runner version of this for my entryway and it is beautiful. I love the intricate pattern and bonus is that my dog loves laying on it

Perfect for our TV ROOM/DEN

This rug is perfect for our recently redecorated tv room/den. It's soft underfoot and neutral while still bringing a pretty pop of pink to the room. We love it!
