Bridgeport 6 Person Indoor Sauna

They shipped it on top of a pallet in a cardboard box. Some of the wood pieces were damaged. You’d think when shipping something this expemsive they’d package it within a wooden box instead of being cheap and using cardboard.

Recently, we purchased the Bridgeport sauna. Quickly noticed there packing arrangement was just tossed in side the crate. There was no buffer of any packing material to cushion any of the items while in transit. We have multiple pieces damaged, specifically where you would sit, and the wall support risers were damaged as well. The hardware to construct the sauna was not packed but the packer "M&M" signed off on it. We have emailed and called multiple times for customer support. We have had zero responses or any kind of communication from this company. Not worth the price of the product or zero service it states it comes with.

Waiting for missing parts

I’m still waiting for the power supply and controller for the heater. I called Monday and related they were missing from the shipment. so, I still can’t use the sauna and can’t fully rate it.
