I did not want to write a review immediately after purchasing two bikes. I wanted to use them and give an honest review. It’s been three months. Usually by this time I have buyers remorse. However, this is not the case. My wife and I absolutely love them. I looked at several other bikes, all to be purchased online. One of my main concerns was warranty work. What if something went wrong? That is what led me to Big Cats in Patchogue, New York. Vinny and his staff were very helpful, friendly and informative.
