An excellent hard-to-find product

An excellent product, and near impossible to find anywhere else (large bole shower hose). The shipping was reasonably fast for a non-Amazon company. The customer support is excellent, which quick, accurate, kind, and helpful responses. I had bought two of these in the past an will not hesitate to order another as I need it. The hose itself is simple to use, no tools required.None of them have ever leaked, rusted, or caused an problems. My only qualm is that I wish it were available in longer lengths rather than having to marry multiples together. But this is a minor irritation and insignificant to the quality and experience of this purchase.
