Petit Coeur Necklace - Garnet

For the cost of this necklace, and what I saw when I opened it was heartbreaking… the chain is so small it wouldnt fit a baby, then they show in the photo that the heart is much bigger than the chain and that is a flat out lie… you cant even make out what it is, im very disappointed and the ad is very misleading……
