How can it taste like a baked good?

I love the churro coffee. I can add cinnamon to my coffee, but it will never taste so much like something baked, like a snickerdoodle. When I add cream, it is if I am drinking a dunked cookie. So yummy! This is my dessert drink, without any sugar.

Absolutely delicious

The scent, the taste! Makes my buds feel alive and happy in the morning. Sort of a chai-equivalent for coffee, in that it uses genuine spices to enhance the deep coffee flavor. My favorite I have tried so far!
