I called customer service and actually talked to the owner. Her name is Joey. And told her two of my placemats were different colors than the other two I had ordered. I ordered a total of four. with no hesitation. I sent her some pictures of the lighter colors than the other two placemats and she immediately sent out two new ones matching the other Placemats. wonderful customer service.
