The handling of the damaged portion of the product that I ordered was very admirable and they didn’t hesitate at all in offering a complete refund and allowing me to keep the item . I was so impressed with the decision allowing me to keep the product and not having to worry about sending it back…..it was unusual but admirable!!! the

Basket is very well made and sturdy, good capacity. Only thing that might be improvable is the handle cut-outs on the metal liner -they are somewhat sharp. They could use plastic or rubber lips to protect the hands, for those (like me) who might want to use this without plastic bags, and carry the inner bin itself. Other than that, great product, very satisfied.
