Well-made, wicker basket. Reminds me of the baskets you can buy in Europe. I am using mine for firewood, and I have it near the fireplace. It looks lovely.

Misleading Measurements

This was my first time shopping on this site and I splurged on this basket. I was so excited to have something so nice for a special plant I had. After carefully studying the measurements (the picture shows the basket to be 12" at the bottom of the basket), I purchased a liner pot with saucer online and went to the local home store for one of those clear plastic saucers for extra protection The clear plastic saucer from the home store was 10" and it literally crumpled and split when I pushed it the bottom of the basket, it the bottom interior was barely at best 10 inches interior. Needless to say, the 12" plastic pot (which is only 12" at the very top of the pot where it flares out didn't fit at all. It maybe went in a third of the way (I hope it's returnable). Anyway, I am disappointed to have ruined one ancillary purchase (the clear saucer) and to have to return the plastic pot I planned to put inside this basket to hold the plant. Ideally sharing this information will help other people interested in purchasing this (and I suspect other items on the site) understand that the items are not quite the size advertised. Otherwise the basket is beautiful and very sturdy. If you are interested in purchasing this basket, please be aware that it is barely 11 1/2" at the OUTER top of the basket. Inside, it's closer to 10" with 11" of height.
