I got the vacuum part and it works perfectly. HOWEVER I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET TWO BELTS IN THIS ORDER AND I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM. I HAVE EMAILED HOOVER THREE TIMES AND I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE!!
