I had received it as a gift over a decade ago and really loved the way it took away the ruddiness and uneven tones of my very pale skin. I'm not sure if the present formula has changed or if I had the 'illuminating mineral veil' powder back then, but it seemed there was more light reflection on my skin way with the first product, whereas the plain mineral veil does have a very matte appearance, as advertised! I'm not complaining; I have aged and it still leaves my older complexion much improved.😊Thank you!
