Happy to find the Rancho Gordo hominy here when they were out of stock. This hominy is great, tastier than canned.

Great for Pozole

Amazing corn flavor for my pozole, and a HUGE upgrade from canned Hominy. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a bag. It took the full 2hrs to cook on my stove, but you can easily do it in a slow cooker for no hassle cooking.
