We are getting a puppy in a weeks time. I ordered a medium collar for her with matching lead, then I realised small might be a better fit, so e mailed to correct the order, explaining it was for a puppy. I received a quick response (on a Saturday!) saying that the order would be changed. Then I was asked if I’d like to trial a puppy collar (for free) of course I said yes please! All items have now arrived and are beautiful. I’m so pleased with the puppy collar as it’s narrower than the usual ones and so should be more comfortable. Once our puppy has grown I will be back for more. Thank you so much!
