I am so happy with my decision to go with the Roverlund pet carrier. The quality and value of what you’re getting is noticed right when you open it to setting it up and putting it to use. I got the bundle thag had the carrier, extra liner bed, food carrier and portable water bowl. As much as I wanted to be able to use the one I purchased, my dog was not comfortably fitting in it. They made it very easy for me to exchange and get the larger size. A simple email with my request was answered in a timely manner and my issue was resolved. Very happy with Roverlund
