I have arthritis in the CMC joint of my right thumb and wanted to give these a try to see if they live up to their claims. Not jaw dropping or magical but notable improvement in comfort and amount of time I can spend knitting which was significant enough to prompt me to buy the complete set. Individual mileage may vary, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone with arthritis. Bonus, the stitch definition is noticeably more consistent on these than a standard needle!
