Philodendron 'Billietiae'

I ordered a philodendron Billietae. The plant that I received was not a philodendron Billietae. I also paid for express shipping and it took 10 days for the incorrect plant to arrive and it was damaged. Customer service has been non existent. I have tried to contact them through email, on the website and through their customer service voicemail service and no one has responded after a full week. I was however asked to review the plant that I received. Go figure. 1 out of 10. I would not recommend.

This plant is beautiful and has several leaves. It's healthy and hasn't shown any signs of stress or anything. Can't wait to see it when it grows more.
