I recently picked up a Mustad G-Series Inshore Rod and paired it with a Daiwa spinning reel, and the combination has quickly become one of my go-to setups for inshore fishing. It was a good rod for the price. I have nothing to say bad about it. Now that you charge $100. 00 for shipping, better rods are available for a cheaper price. Go back to free shipping once you are over the $75. 00 and I would buy more.

G-series inshore

Absolutely amazing rod! Use it as my primary rod when fishing the Ohio river for walleye, stripers, striped hybrids, etc. Paired it with a Penn battle 3 dlx and 20lb p-line braid. Casts everything from 1/4oz jigs to 2oz swimbaits much farther than others I've tried. The spine is stiff enough for setting hooks quickly and the sensitivity is incredible. I'll definitely buy more Mustad rods. The surf rod will be purchased asap.
