Loved this delicious piece of lamb...slow cooked and enjoyed falling off the bone tender , and delicious on home made pizza another day! Yum! Tasty, tender, can't ask for more!

We loved our Lamb Oyster Shoulder - cooked for 3 hours in the Ironclad and pulled apart with a coupld of forks. Juicy, tasty and ever so tender - 5 stars
