Frustration and disappointment

I liked the neutral colors better, especially for older kids who’ve outgrown the primary colors. However, it’s difficult ( even for adults) to follow the illustrations when only shown in primary colors which causes disinterest and frustration quickly. I must say it’s not the first toy my grandkids gravitate to when visiting our home. Very disappointing in that respect. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.

Great toy, weak plastic, no reply from customer support

My daughters love it and play with it all the time. However, I’m disappointed with the quality for such a high price. On the first day, we built the cart from the manual, and two junction pieces started cracking during normal play. The plastic feels too thin. I emailed customer support about the guarantee, but I never got a reply. It’s a lot of fun, but it isn’t very durable and don't expect any customer support.

Excellent Gift

Our grandchildren have loved this toy from the beginning and even the adults coming up with variations on the projects to construct! Durable and creative inspiring toy!
