My 7yo has always struggled with settling down at bedtime. We have tried everything - quiet music, movement, white noise, etc. . These cards are so lovely. They are not only beautiful, but the prompts are engaging and encourage introspection and rest.

I have been using these with my 5 and 7 year old sons at bedtime. It has made quite a difference in our routine! We love them!
