Bought these for my sensitive kiddos who need help centering themselves in tough moments. We keep them in our homeschool room and use them during our circle time.

A Great Way to Refocus

Our little grandson occasionally gets so over excited that it's hard to calm him down. I think these cards will be perfect for these times. They are well written and beautifully illustrated, showing different short activities to calm. . .

Helpful at times

When the kids get high energy or get rough with one another we tried these cards and one time it worked perfectly but the other times not so much. But we will keep on trying , I think it’s promising!
