Lip Bloom Lipstick Pencil (004, Smitten)

I wish it was a little more waxy or staining because if you use a topper like the lip oil it gets sticky n muds the color up.

Sorry but the color not cute didn't show formula not the best kinda waxy in my opinion I wont be able to use will not re purchase this.
