Decided to start with aluminum frame cnc starter machine instead of cheap plastic.

not satisfied with purchase

In the case of buying a new device - I have absolutely no compromises in terms of appearance and function. I am not satisfied with the purchase because of: - the product did not come in the original factory packaging, it was opened in Amazon to add an EU power cable and I immediately had doubts because: - the acrylic sides have small damages and traces of the screws of the previous installation are visible. - minor damage to the side aluminum elements of the base. -the assembled part was not made with a torque screwdriver, so several screws were loose. -Z- the motor was attached with unequal torque (one screw loose) so that it was very difficult to move along the Z-axis with the jog button, especially at the top. I don't see the point of someone else assembling if I have to doubt every screw. It's not the first time I've had a problem with Amazon shipments. I definitely won't buy again because I don't know what I'll get. The seller must know that the first purchase must be perfect or the customer will not return. In addition: The device itself is definitely excellent in terms of structure. Those who do not care about my remarks listed above will be satisfied with the device.
