I really can't say enough about how good this coffee is. The taste is amazing and the freshness is perfect. It hasn't been sitting on a shelf somewhere for weeks or months. I've used it to make espresso, French press, and Aeropress, and it's great in all these forms. Not only that, but the roaster takes time to talk to me about the coffee and how to get the best results.
