Great hat

Materials, style, quality are first rate. Sizing maybe runs a touch small. I'm usual a M/L in stretch fitted hats. The L/XL fit me well.

Bad Service

My order sat in limbo for over a week saying it had been received at the shipping office. I had to contact BB only to receive an email finding out that it was actually out of stock and my money was refunded automatically before giving me a different option at the same price. Love the other 3 BB hats I have but someone really dropped the ball on this one.

Runs Large

Love the hat and the quality but, it is too big for me. Normally a LG/XL fits perfectly, as my head is about 7 1/4. This one rests on my ears and makes them stick out.
