Website super easy to use, cost including shipping and delivery fair and competitive and directly to my home more quickly than I anticipated! Had a question about engraving to which support was more than responsive! The product itself is beautiful! Will be giving as a special gift so cannot comment on how well it works but at this point super happy with this product.

Absolutely great product. The quality is excellent and it's better looking than I expected. I'm interested in getting more of them after seeing the results.
