Fit perfectly. I thought that the lip next to the tie-down points were a little high, but are probably that way to catch liquids or dirt. The lip doesn't interfere with access to the tie-down points. Also, it appears to be made of a tough material of good thickness (~1/10 of an inch). When taken out of the box it unrolled fairly quickly. It did not have an odor.
